Launching January 5
WMNM:
What's My Next Move?
What does professional success look like for me and how will I achieve it?
WMNM
What’s My Next Move is a relational/professional development opportunity for professionals seeking peak performance through group coaching and professional networking in one of two primary areas:
- Moving on Up: moving from Surviving to Thriving in your current role
- Moving on Out: looking for new opportunities outside your current organization to find peace, joy and fulfillment in your professional life
DETAILS
WMNM: What’s My Next Move is offered in two formats:
- A series of six 90 minute group coaching sessions to learn and grow through conversations with expert resources and each other. Topics include Goal Setting, Wellness and Self-care, Knowing and Celebrating your Worth, Personal Branding, achieving the Recognition and Rewards you deserve at your current employer, and best practices for Identifying and Securing your ideal opportunity. Entrepreneurship as a career path may also be explored.
- A one day retreat in the Baltimore Washington region to cover these topics and provide rest, refreshment and in person connection to grow your professional – and personal – network.
Each group will consist of a maximum of eight participants to ensure each participant has ample time to practice, learn and share. Opportunities for networking outside of group meetings will be fostered and encouraged. Both mixed and cohort/identity groups are available.
We are currently designing new programs. To be notified when dates are available, or to schedule a complimentary chemistry call to explore private coaching, please send an email or call or text to cheryl@cghwilliams.com, +1-443-813-2534.
